• Thursday 3 at 20:00 h: Practice of the Seven Medicine Buddhas
Despite scientific developments, healing body and mind is not easy, and often the multitude of therapies available are insufficient to heal our illnesses at a deep and subtle level.
This practice shows us how to connect with the pure and absolute power of Supreme Healer Buddha Shakyamuni, who manifested the Seven Medicine Buddhas in His seven chakras. Meditating with love and compassion on the seven healing archetypes of the Seven Medicine Buddhas gives us access to healing powers that can help us take care of our health and wellbeing, and that of other beings and our environment.

• Thursday 17 Lha Bab Duchen (Special day when the effects of our actions are multiplied 10 million times)
6:30h: Taking the Eight Mahayana Precepts. The Mahayana ordenación is a commitment over just a 24-hour period eight vows: not to kill or condone killling, not to steal, not to engage in sexual misconduct, not to lie or use unmindful speech, not to take alcohol or other intoxicants, not ocupar lugares preeminentes, not to eat outside of the prescribed mealtime, not to sing and dance or adorn our bodies. The precepts are taken before sunrise. We eat only once during the day – at around midday, a vegetarian meal that avoids certain foods (eggs, onion, garlic, radish and sesame).
7:00h: Practice of White Tara for the long life of Lama Gangchen Rimpoche.
19,00h: Guru Puja (Lama Chopa in Tibetan).
This is a ritual to invoke and make offerings to the Spiritual Master. It pacifies negative energies and increases merits. The practice is an overview of the Theravada, Mahayana and Vajrayana buddhist teachings, which show us how to integrate Lam Rim, Lojong and Mahamudra practices, thus helping to meditate on the principal Yidams of the Gelugpa School of buddhism. This practice is especially practised on the 10th and 25th day of the Tibetan month, and is dedicated to achieving internal and world peace. In addition, we can dedicate the puja to people who are ill, or have recently died; for the success of personal or social projects. You can bring food to offer and share during the puja.
• Sunday 20 – Dakini Day
11,00h: Guru Puja (to be confirmed)
• Friday 25 – partial eclipse of the sun (The effects of our actions are multiplied 10,000 times).
6,30h: Taking the Eight Mahayana Precepts, and Practice of Black Manjushrig
Black Manjusrig is a wrathful form of Manjushrig, the Buddha of Wisdom. It is a beneficial practice at both physical and mental levels. Its helps to heal deep negative emotions and mental suffering produced by illnesses such as cancer, AIDs etc.
The practice is a powerful antidote against damage and perturbations caused by negative astrological influences, and it stops our energy flowing along the wrong path. Recitation of Black Manjushrig's mantra protects against damaging celestial configurations, transits, conjunctions and oppositions between the planets, eclipses of the sun, and comets, which can produce various illnesses, accidents, loss of fortune, social problem and unfavourable life experiences.
Black Manjushrig's mantra protects against interferences caused by spirits.
How and when to do this practice The Black Manjushrig practice is very efficient if it is done daily, before sunrise. The practice is reinforced by sitting in the lotus position and facing East, by following a vegetarian diet that excludes alcohol, garlic, onion and sesame. Even without following these indications, the practice will always be beneficial.
19 h: Guru Puya.
